职位描述：
Title: Group Internal Auditor
Reports to: Internal Audit Manager Asia
Description:
Our Corporate Internal Audit Department is looking for a Group Internal Auditor for its Asia Antenna located in Shanghai, China.
The Internal Audit team works for the Group & all its entities worldwide, according to the yearly audit plan approved by the CEO.
The Internal Audit is responsible to assess Internal Control:
- Compliance with laws and regulations
- Safeguard of Group assets including risk identification
- Quality of information and reporting
- Effectiveness and efficiency of business processes and their compliance to Group procedures.
The scope of a mission is varied and may cover a production plant, a legal entity, a transverse process, or any specific requests from the management in all aspects of the business. It includes management, operational and financial issues.
The main tasks of the Group Internal Auditor are:
- Plan and organize the audit missions as per the objectives & perimeter mentioned in the mission letters
- Carry out the audit mission on site:
o Perform audit interviews
o Analyze all types of documents and information (financial, contractual, procedures, etc)
o Identify internal control weaknesses and define associated recommendations
- Formalize the audit report and the related action plan
- Perform the follow-up of action plan.
The auditor acquires a good understanding of Group objectives, organization and policies. He develops contacts at all levels of the organization from the Headquarter (definition of the mission scope, presentation of the report) to the operational levels (fieldwork, presentation of weaknesses and recommendations, follow-up).
After 3 to 4 years he can either be promoted in the IA department (e.g. Direction of an Internal Audit antenna) or take new responsibilities in the Group.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have/be:
? Educational background in Finance (Master or equivalent)
? 3 to 6 years of professional experience in Audit (external or internal), Big 4 appreciated
? CPA qualification is required (CICPA or HKICPA )
? Availability for a travel rate of about 60%(China, Korea, Japan, India, Thailand, France, etc)
? Fluency in English and Chinese is required,
? Rigorous, good communications skills, team spirit, autonomous and self-starter. 举报 分享
