职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Guide by analytical method and validation protocols, Issue prepare and generate project specific Quotation and Contracts, fully support LTD business process
2. Review client’s technical requirements including but not limit to request for quotation, analytical methods, protocols, and coordinate the study design of sample testing plan and quote work scopes.
3. Optimize LTD operation office principle guidance; Monitoring the process and ensure that all business opportunities are well proceeded, organized and implemented
4. Work together with Project coordinators, providing assistant and support to LTD business development and marketing teams

Qualifications:
1. Must have experience in analytical development as well as pharmaceutical analysis to understand study design, refer to written method/protocols to prepare and issue project specific quotations and proposals;
2. Must be trained in or be familiar with the requirements of the FDA cGMP/GLP regulations, ICH guidelines as well as drug development process.
3. BS or MS degree in analytical chemistry, pharmaceutical analysis or other directly-related science discipline with experience or training in pharmaceutical analysis.
4. Must be experienced with standard scientific techniques, particularly HPLC, GC. GC-MS LC-MS etc.
5. Strong English reading, writing and speaking ability.

6. Good capability in planning, negotiation
