The primary purpose of this position is to analyze and consolidate financial data, compile reports and prepare recommendations to senior management.

? Oversee China market sales planning supervising team of three

? Manage long range plan, annual operating plan, and quarterly/monthly sales forecast, through close partnership with retail management, marketing and merchandising teams

? Consolidate monthly financial plans and organizing weekly sales meeting

? Consolidate Greater China sales outlook working with HKMC and TW planning team

? Prepare quarterly executive presentations to senior management

? Work with Technology team to ensure data integrity, set up and enhance reporting process, especially with system migration

? Support leadership team on ad-hoc projects

The accomplished individual will possess...

? Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Economics or Finance required

? Minimum of 10 years work experience, with at least 5 years in general financial planning (annual operating budgeting, etc.)

? Minimum of 3 years work experience of team supervision

? Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial systems (Microstrategy, CORA, CS2000 etc)

? Knowledge of other database tools is a plus

? Retail experience within finance/accounting department desirable

? Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English

? Excellent teamwork
? Ability to interact with global Coach financial team

? Flexibility to participate in phone conversations with individuals in other countries and other time zones

? Work independently and possess strong financial planning and analytical skills

? Strong retail business acumen

? Superior work ethics, takes initiatives and is a dependable team player able to perform in a fast-place, dynamic retail environment
