职位描述：
-Pro-active monitoring of the key events for export（air/maritime）shipments through online look ups ，SAP access and liner/forwarder office co-ordination
-Process execution for data gathering from other country SAP
-Pro-active escalation to identified stakenholders as per defined tolerances
-Monitor shipment tracking data on websites and/or liner/forwarder offices
-Identify direct vs transshipments to prioritize monitoring
-Where required seek missing information on SAP and other relevant sources
-Liase with other team members in sub-region for data retrievals
-Liase with other country local liner /forwarder offices in case of inadequate/missing information
-Incumbent will not be part of operational trouble-shooting or follow up with liners/transporters/forwarders in case of delay
-To provide all relevant data to global operation shipping management as and when required to facilitate operational performance discussions
-Ensure tolerances for new routes are defined and updated in consultation with TM planner/Export Manager/Global operationgal shipping management experts.
岗位要求：
-Bachelor degree required
-Must have at least 1 years of Business experience,including experience with Supply Chain.Overall experience in shipping/logistics operations including but not limited to import and export.
-Good communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English
-Business application knowledge
-SAP eaperience will be considered
