职位描述：
It is a 4PL manager role for APLL to monitor Corning nominated 3PL warehouse activities is followed strictly thru the Corning SOP & KPI requirements esp. the EHS compliance for working in Corning warehouse

Oversees/Monitor service providers’ performance (*) and follow up their improvement of any issues

Ensure self & 3PL EHS(Environment, Heath & Safety) compliance strictly

Following customers’ instructions to ensure customer satisfaction and perform high quality service.

Monitor and evaluating 3PL’s behavior, attitude, and quality of job.

Report to Project Team Lead on job performance as well as personnel development.

Report to Project Team Lead/Corning escalation contact immediately whenever EHS non-compliance is happened on 3PL

Timely and accurately respond to Corning inquiries

Any cost saving initiatives providing for 3pl resources, process continuous improvement

When Corning is using APLL WMS, this person needs to train and coordinate with IT for the on-going IT related issues

Bachelor Degree (Diploma is acceptable)


5-7 years of proven warehouse experience

MS-office, CET-4, WMS

Familiar with Manufacture warehouse operations, transportation management, WMS environment experience; customer service skills; negotiation skills.

Judgment & Decision Making – Gathers information required, asks questions when uncertain or unclear.

Customer driven – Meets customer expectations and delivers what is expected.

Driving people performance – Maintains performance under pressure.
