Our Advisory practice, further divided into Consulting and Deals, has grown in size, scope and scale. Today, our clients engage us to help solve their strategic and day-to-day problems. About Deals
We work together with clients to create greater value in their mergers, acquisitions, disposals and restructuring by helping them to:

- Develop the right strategy before the deal
- Execute their deals seamlessly
- Identify issues and points of negotiation and value
- Implement change strategies to deliver synergies and improvements after the deal

We also help clients assess the options available in troubled financial situations and advise on restructuring and maximising value.


Job Description:

As a Senior Manager you need to consistently do the following:

• Drive day-to-day management of M&A projects and act as the key point of contact for clients
• Oversee the development of financial models, corporate valuations, transaction marketing materials and lead transaction structuring and execution to closing
• Lead project teams and coach junior staff
• Support business development activities, including building client relationships, identifying opportunities and pitching for work
  

Requirements:

CFA qualification

Relevant university degree in Business, Accounting, Economics or similar field

Experience:

Extensive experience within M&A, Private Equity or Debt Advisory

Experience of working with different client types

Excellent client facing skills and history or significant client exposure

Ability to successfully lead project teams, develop team members and work collaboratively

Strong financial modelling capability

Strong analytical skills and ability to think laterally

Ability to grasp complex commercial and financing issues quickly

Strong attention to detail combined with ability to see the big picture

Ability to work accurately under time pressure and manage multiple commitments

Ability to convert analysis into various outputs to present results in a clear and concise manner

Ability to synthesise robust arguments and defend them in an articulate manner

要求：

• CFA资格
• 商业、会计、经济学或其他相关领域的本科学历或以上
• 丰富的企业融资与并购、私募基金或债务咨询方面的工作经验；
• 拥有与不同类型的客户合作工作的丰富经验；
• 拥有与客户打交道的优秀技巧，及与客户沟通的丰富经验；
• 能够成功的领导项目团队，在发展团队成员的同时协调工作；
• 扎实的财务模型建模能力；
• 突出的分析能力及横向思考能力；
• 学习能力强，能够很快的理解并掌握复杂的商业及金融问题；
• 工作耐心细致，能够顾全大局；
• 能够在时间压力下保持精确的工作，并能够同时处理多重任务；
• 能够准确并清晰的向客户展示工作成果；
