KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)
- Carry out sales plan and achieve sales targets on the responsible territories
- Service existing business and accounts with strengthen customer relationship
- Improve customer satisfaction level by efficient and high quality service levels and implementing the new Customer Intimacy Model across different customer groups
- Build and efficiently manage the distribution network for general industry segments
- Developing new customers/business through technical solutions with liaison of technical resources
- Managing business continuity for customers’ transplant from US, Europe and Asia-Pacific regions
- Cooperation with marketing to provide good market intelligence
- Preparation of customer visit report, monthly report and sales rolling forecast on time
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)
- Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or Engineering, famous university is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years sales experience in adhesive in home appliance, solar, transportation application or other adhesion industry
- Fluent in English
- Team player, customer and result oriented.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and to work independently.
- Be enthusiastic and motivated.
