Job Title: HR Specialist (Recruitment & HRBP)
Report to: Recruitment Team Leader
Direct Reports: N/A
Mission:
? Recruitment Function
Be responsible to provide professional and effective recruitment service to attract target talent and deliver efficient result to support business strategy.
? HRBP
Work as interface between assigned business line and functional HR support. Cooperate HR resources on people attraction, development and retention.
Major responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
? Recruitment Function
? Hiring right people to right position timely supporting business strategy;
? Perform recruitment activities to meet the business needs.
? Work with the hiring managers regarding job descriptions, profiles, CV screening, interview process, offer negotiation and extending reference check and company recruiting events.
? Negotiate the offer with the candidates and follow up until the candidates join the company and pass the new employees document to HR operation.
? Implement and maintain recruitment working process
? Implement an updated standard working process
? Be responsible for the documentation of the candidates data
? Track and report recruiting progression

? HRBP-supporting functions
? Business Partnership on cooperating business request with functional HR support
? Work with dedicated function department, well understand, summarize and confirm key challenges on HR management
? Prioritize the HR strategy for dedicated business functions, eg. Organization plan, headcount plan, people development plan etc.
? Review department request to HR with HR Manager and HR functional managers regularly, raise red flag and request support once necessary;
? Communicate and deliver key HR programs information to departments timely, understand the customization needs and communicate for functional supporting;
? Review and identify key talents, coordinate HR resources on development plan for identified key talents;
? Cooperate HR resources on people attraction, retention;
? Provide HR advice and support to managers and staff on operational human Resources issue, such ad-hoc HR cases, salary and incentive etc.;
? Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes as necessary
? Develop and deliver Business Line specific HR project by cooperate functional HR resources if necessary
? Involve into the key talents interview and selection decision process
? Act as the performance improvement driver through performance appraisal and IDP
? Business partnership on daily employees relationship and tough people cases at dedicated departments
? Review and follow up employee engagement situation through Insight Survey annually following global and ITBA China project delivering;
? Proactively communicate with key talents, provide feedback and advise development plan to management

? Support on developing Employer Branding to attract talent;
? Share Employer Branding material to various recruitment service providers, and educate them introduce the company on a proper way
? Organize and optimize the society recruitment communication on the advertisement in website and other social media.
? Support on promoting company to potential talent pools like Campus promotion or other social activities.
? Join in the process of review, assess and development the recruiting channel

Education
? Bachelor Degree or above
Experience
? At least 2 years success experience in recruitment;
