职位描述：
Job Title: Group Team Leader
Report to: Operation Manager
Direct reports: Technicians / Sr. Technicians

Mission:
Build up and lead strong team to provide capable service to customer to achieve customer satisfaction.

Major responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
? Build up and lead team on troubleshooting, problem solving, installation, calibration and maintenance;
? Workshop management according to Atlas Copco and customer’s standard;
? On time and correctly report working activities;
? Keep good communication between team and customer, continuously improve customer satisfaction;
? Collect and analysis tool KPI, take improvement action and report regularly;
? Response for Atlas Copco tool quality information collection and report;
? Build up learning organization;
? Raise flags when there is business and technical risk;
? Team fix assets, safety PPE and EHS equipment management;
? Be responsible for team staff performance and appraisal;
? Team resource management;
? Own self personnel development in the company;
? Other ad-hoc tasks to be assigned by manager

Candidate profile

Education
? Graduate from college in mechanical or electrical engineering;

Experience

Knowledge
? PLC, Fieldbus and Ethernet knowledge is a plus;

Skill
? Good PC and MS Office skill;

Language
? Basic English knowledge: Read simple process and manual is required;

Attributes
? Good communication and interpersonal skill;
? Self-motivation and Independence;
? Must be a team player, quick learner with strong sense of responsibility;

Behaviors
? Willing to travel
? Willing to OT if necessary
? Customer oriented;
