主要工作职责 Main Tasks & Responsibilities :
1. Provide reception service in a proper manner, such as handling of inbound calls, visitor registration, etc. 按公司要求负责总机应答服务及访客登记管理等。
2. Provide new employee on-board service, incl., telephone extension number, nameplate, access badge, business card and stationery. 提供新员工入职服务,包括:电话分机号码、门卡、座位卡、名片、文具等事宜。
3. Check and order office supply (stationery, drinking water, cleaning suppliers and other consumables) based on daily consumption. 检查并且基于日常供应消耗情况订购办公室各类物品(文具, 饮品,清洁用品及其他消费物品)。
4. Assist to prepare the expense report and payment of office supply. 协助准备办公室供应的费用报告与付款。
5. Coordinate the printing of business cards for employees to ensure compliance with CI standards.安排员工名片印制并确保符合公司CI标准。
6. Assist superior to roll out various local SHE activities, and coordinate on the establishment & executive of the emergency management. 协助主管开展本地SHE工作,并协调应急管理机制的建立与执行。
7. Coordinate office maintenance affairs with external vender or building management (e.g, air-conditioning, repair and maintenance, etc).协调办公室维修维护事宜(如:空调,维修等)。
8. Other tasks / projects assigned by line manager.执行上级委派的各项任务和项目。
9. Conduct business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in Competition.遵循商业行为准则,合法合理开展业务活动。
工作经验 Experience :
1 year receptionist experience in MNCs 1年的秘书工作经验,有外企工作经验者更佳
专业知识与技能 Specific Knowledge & Skills :
1. Ability to operate a computer and use database, word processing, spreadsheet, graphing and other software as specific to the company熟练应用电脑,能操作Microsoft Word、Excel、Powerpoint等办公软件
2. Good verbal and written communication skills良好的口头和书面表达能力
3. Good interpersonal skills; team player; well-organized良好的人际交往能力,组织能力和团队合作精神
Fluent oral English is a plus 英语口语 流利优先考虑
