I. Job Summary:
Individual will be responsible for sales results on an area level for IT products and solution
II. Responsibilities: (Please list the daily tasks)
1. Achieve and exceed an annual sales objectives including maintaining specified margin
2. Individual sales plan preparation per quota and implementation
3. Conducts sales calls on the existing and potential customers efficiently and effectively, including end customers, system integrators, oem, partners, etc., present products and find out customer’s requirement for their data centers
4. Understand customer needs, translate product advantages into the customer value during selling process; provide proper offer to customers according to company policy, coordinate with solution sales and vertical sales to offer proper proposal to customers
5. Big project follow up, cooperate and collaborate cross areas / regions, with support from IT solution team
6. Customer / industry / market needs analysis, reports to supervisor, as well as competitor status
7. Establishing / maintaining of good and professional customer relationships, especially to build relationships with senior management level and decision makers at customer side
8. Collects AR, monitors the customer’s credit condition and to avoid / minimize overdue and bad debts
9. Submits records and reports on all sales activities per company policy, use CRM and project funnel proactively with high quality
10. Provides input for the development of annual budget and sales forecast regularly
11. As interface between the customer and the company, maintain the customer satisfaction in a high level
12. Participate training organized by company, while learn aggressively from work by self, being a sales consultant and solution sales person towards to customer
13. Other tasks may be assigned
III. Qualifications: (Please list education background, preferred major, mini period of working experience, language skills, computer skills, necessary professional certificates, character and other qualifications)
- University degree of computer science or related major.
- At least 3 years of work experience in date center components sales.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products.
- Good understanding of components of IT data center, especially for enclosures and cooling devices.
- Must be results oriented, with a pattern of documented success achieving and exceeding objectives.
- Must demonstrate ability to build strong and lasting relationships.
- Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
- Work experience in multinational is preferred.
