职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Understand technical design requirements and specifications
? Design for reliability and for manufacturing of patient support subsystem
? Understand metal and sheet metal manufacturing process
? Provide technical advice to suppliers, assess potential supplier capabilities
? Understand cost structure, drive towards minimizing product cost
? Conduct risk analysis, develop and execute risk reduction plan
? Conduct patient support subsystem and component tests
? Ensure compliance with processes and regulatory

Qualifications:
? Strong background in mechanical engineering with a MS degree and minimum 5+ year full-time working experience or a BS degree and 7+ year full time working experience
? Experience with mechanical design, manufacturing process and structure assembly
? Experience with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
? Experience with structure design and methods, Pro/engineer and Winchill is preferred.
? Knowledge of other disciplines (RTM injection, software) is preferred
? Experience with specification, design and manufacturing
? Knowledge of product development process
? Good understanding in assembly and test process
