职位描述：
JOB MISSION:
This position is to be responsible for following the merchandising strategies of the assigned categories to make decision on buying products in accordance to the pre-agreed OTB amounts among styles, fabrics, functionalities, colors etc. in order to maximize sales, inventory turn while maintaining brand image. Ensure that product mix is available to meet customer demands while driving the business forward in the merchandise category. This position is also responsible for monitoring sales performance, inventory levels and providing analysis and recommendation as needed

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist and support Merchandising Director to plan and implement merchandising strategies inline with company direction and corporate strategy.
2. Monitor inventory, delivery and reordering situations to ensure appropriate levels of stock are maintained across all designated categories.
3. Responsible for merchandise allocations to stores and co-ordination with stores and warehouse for stock replenishment issues.
4. Monitor sales and sell –through situations and initiate appropriate strategies and tactics to liquidate stocks and boost sales, and take care of markdown/mark-up and merchandise related issues during seasonal sales period (EOSS).
5. Partner with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Training and Store Operations Departments to align merchandising, sales and promotional strategies, and to collect feedbacks from stores for review and planning of merchandising plans.
6. Regular report on competitive information and pricing strategy.
7. Support new store opening with the appropriate assortment plan.
8. Regular report to Merchandising Director for sales performance, merchandise mix, inventory siutations and other important issues etc.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7 years buying experience in retail fashion industry.
2. Detail-oriented with good analytical and reporting skill.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
4. Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
