Main Responsibilities:
- Executes marketing, advertising and promotions programs according to marketing calendar to maximize sales.
- Works closely with Sales Teams on initiating store related activities.
- Works closely with Sales/Customer Service teams to monitor proper execution of product launch events, In-store consumer promotion and consumer relationship marketing activities.
- Update product presentation and different marketing tools (i.e calendars, presentations) with updated information. Provide sales team with product allocation and launch document for new key launches.
- Provide day-to-day marketing assistance to the Sales/Marketing/Training teams in terms of product information, support material (i.e Store presentations, lab samples, CD-Roms etc.) and product search (i.e. find additional sets, gifts boxes…).
- Responsible for the production of promotional materials from conceptualization to price negotiation to execution.
- Works with logistics department to ensure timely delivery of planned promotional material/collateral to the counters.
- Helps conducting marketing presentation to retailers, Sales teams and Beauty Advisors.
- Controls and ensures all locally printed material (consumer brochures, DMs) is following Elizabeth Arden corporate guidelines and standards as well as Chinese legal requirements.
- Keep the Marketing/Sales & Training team informed on new trends and competitive launches. Compile reports on competitive brand activities/pricing.
- Initiates and executes customer recruitment and relationship plan and programs.
- Follow through consumers’ complaints.
- Maintenance of various libraries.
- Tracking and coding of marketing department expenses.
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree majoring in marketing or relevant field;
? Min. 3 years working experience in a multinational corporation is a definite advantage
? Experience in cosmetics marketing is an asset
? Team player as well as capable of working independently
? Excellent interpersonal skills,
? Highly proactive, able to take initiatives, analytical, enthusiastically takes ideas and concepts from within and outside the company
? Able to see the big picture but not afraid of diving into the details
? Strong communication skills and negotiation ability
? Able to work under pressure
? Languages: Chinese Fluent. English knowledge is an asset
? IT: excellent PC skills in Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook
