职位描述：
Report to: Purchasing Manager
Internal Contacts: MANGO HQ, Work department
External Contacts: Suppliers
Main Job responsibilities will include:
1. Arrange quality control to vendors of interior and consumable orders; insure goods are delivered correctly according to MANGO standard.
2. Follow up order production schedule and ensure delivery timely.
3. Assist with area manager/franchiser to solve different issues before new shop opening and shop maintenance.
4. Arrange urgent order requirements from area managers.
5. Have a good knowledge of various material/furniture structures.
6. Sourcing for new suppliers and prepare quotation of new projects from vendors.
7. Price analysis and negotiation with supplier to meet with HQ's target price.
8. Sample checking and prepare sample report.
9. Prepare weekly QC schedule and new order tracking.
10. The capacity to use CAD drawing is an advantage.
11. Update vendor list.
12. Update Technical Card for new products and share with HQ users.
13. Arrange factory visit for potential suppliers and prepare factory visit report.
14. Document checking and send scan copies to HQ and arrange DHL.
15. Liaise with accounts payable to ensure payment accurate and timely.
16. Supplier Training.
17. Furniture material knowledge will be required.
18. Arrange exhibition visit.
