职位描述：
Task Description:
? Coordinate with HR colleagues to conduct employee’s onboard and exit process.
? Setup and maintain employees’ P-file, prepare employment contract for new and renew employees.
? Responsible for daily operation/maintain of E-leave system, generate reports, answer employees’ question on leave policy, provide potential improvements as key user.
? Prepare all company proven letter when necessary.
? Complete other tasks assigned by HR Manager.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree, 3 years relevant working experiences in foreign invested company.
? Familiar with MS Office, SAP system
? Good command of both spoken and written English
? Good communication skill, have the ability to handle HR daily work independently. 举报 分享
