The VIP Clientele & Event Manager is responsible for growing Lu Ming Tang’s business and sales in Hangzhou by building and animating an active club of Hangzhou VIP customers and for creating for them an exceptional client experience through learning workshops and exciting social events in our 2 iconic high-end destinations: our Flagship Store & Tea House and our boutique at the Shangri La.

1. Recruit a well-targeted audience of influencers, VIPs and target customers to join and attend the Lu Ming Tang lifestyle & beauty classes and workshops
- Recruit a well-targeted audience of potential customers for a dynamic calendar of weekly lifestyle activities, events, classes and workshops as developed by the headquarters. These activities are lifestyle learning and sharing events through which Lu Ming Tang products are introduced and sold to the audience.
- Recruit 10 to 20 women per activity, inviting through partnerships with women’s associations, corporations, banks, lifestyle brands etc
- Implement a network of recruiters, individuals or organizations who help bring a qualified target from their own network to the events
- Work closely with the headoffice’s marketing team in conceptualizing the private events and by establishing cooperations with partners such as Etiquette or Tea Masters

2. CRM management
- Identify new customers, initiates action plan to approach and recruit them
- Create a database of VIP customers
- Animate this VIP group with organization of added-value marketing events and activities
- Develop consumer gift sets
- Develop collaterals with the support of the marketing team

3. Strategy development
- Prepare a budget and formulate the strategy and action plan to achieve the sales target
- Prepare a monthly report on activities

4. Communication
Ensure our temple-house venue is becoming a top of mind destination and Lu Ming Tang skincare a must-have with local customers and high-end tourists alike through building exciting visibility with KOLs, magazines, websites and apps, 5 star hotel concierges etc
