职位描述：
Responsibilities
? Provide leadership in equipment demand planning and components material planning. Monitor inventory levels so as to achieve the target levels and improve Excess & Obsolete while maintaining the required customer service levels
? Implement and maintain equipment assembly plant safety program designed to assure safe working conditions and eliminate lost time due to accidents. Comply with legal requirements in all areas such as personnel administration, product liability and environment protection.
? Provides overall leadership in new product introduction and localization activities to meet Company's safety, productivity and quality goals.
? Collaborate with Company global engineering and manufacturing teams to define, develop and optimize the equipment product manufacturing and quality control process apply to the local plant.
? Execute the technical qualification of local supplier and ensure the alternatively sourced materials and components meet the product design specifications.
? Provide direction on all quality related issues including manufacturing deviation, customer complaint, receiving materials inspection etc.
? Provide direction on Equipment logistics including domestic distribution and Imports & Exports.
? Drive continuous improvement in end to end Equipment Supply Chain and achieve annual Net Structured Saving target.
? Key local representative to implement Company Global Equipment sourcing or equipment supply network optimization initiatives.
? Be a contributing member of the Greater China Supply Chain leadership team, making sure equipment supply chain issues and opportunities are continuously addressed while helping develop the overall business strategy.
? Build and develop a high performing team while fostering culturally inclusive behaviors.

Qualifications
? University Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical) or closely related field.
? Minimum 10 years supply chain management experience, with a minimum 5 years of supervising experience in equipment manufacturing or assembly industry.
? Experience of TPM or Lean manufacturing processes.
? A career path that includes both supervising manufacturing and management of at least two of the following functional areas: Purchasing, logistic, Planning, and Quality
? Ability to maintain a positive attitude and adapt to a changing environment
? Demonstrated leadership capability on project execution
? Proficient in using MicroSoft office suite software
? Ability to communicate comfortably in Mandarin and English
