职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、 负责软件系统（测控部分）的完善开发与技术维护；
2、 负责生产测试工艺流程的设计与开发；
3、 负责在线测试数据的算法设计与开发；
4、 负责软件系统相关硬件产品的选型；
5、 为软件开发人员提供离线数据处理和分析的算法，并编写算法文档；
6、 负责编写项目技术文档软件部分；
7、 负责与电气工程师制定交互接口，并编写接口文档；
8、参与项目需求分析和技术设计，并编写业务需求分析文档和技术实施方案；

岗位要求：
1、 本科及以上学历，电气自动化相关专业背景
2、 三年及以上工作经验，有汽车行业相关工作经验者优先；
3、 自学能力强，喜欢钻研，对新生事物有挑战欲望且对工作充满热情，重团队意识和合作精神；
4、 精通Labview、C++等开发语言，能熟练使用Matlab算法语言，具有缜密的逻辑思维，且有独立开发项目的能力；
5、 熟悉采集系统链条上各功能设备（传感器、调理模块、采集卡等）的基本工作原理和选型知识，有采集系统方面的开发经验；
6、 熟悉各类工业总线（RS232/422/485、GPIB、IEEE1394、CAN、USB等）的定义、标准和协议，有与第三方仪器通讯方面的开发经验；
7、 有实时系统方面的知识和经验；
8、 对电气方面的知识有一定的了解；
9、 较强的英语读写能力；

Job Description:
1.Test and Control related software development and maintenance
2.Assembly line process design and development
3.Online data calculation method design and development
4.Select software related hardware components
5.Edit project related software documentation and user manual
6.Interface with controls engineers, and write interface program
7.Participate in project technical requirement analysis meeting

Requirement：
1.Bachelor’s Degree or above in Software or Controls Automation majors
2.Three year and above work experience, experience with automotive industry is preferred
3.Excellent self-learning ability, willing to learn new things and challenge yourselves, passionate about your work
4.Familiar with Labview, C++ programming languages, familiar with Matlab calculation, good logic thinking, independent project software development skills
5.Familiar with instruments in the data acquisition system like sensors, conditioning modules, DAQ cards, ect
6.Familiar with Profit bus Protocol like RS232/422/485, CAN, USB, etc.
7.Have some controls knowledge will be a plus
