Primary Purpose:
To provide recruitment support to the Retail team in China. Serve as a key recruitment partner to the Retail and HRBP teams.

Retail Recruitment (80%)
? Support all recruiting efforts for Retail Team in China; focusing on all Sales Associates and Senior Sales Associates levels (SA and SSA)
? Research and create an external database of qualified candidates for all levels of positions of Retail Team proactively
? Develop candidate sourcing strategies, process job requisitions, coordinate advertising for open positions and screen resumes.
? Conduct interviews, provide comments and manage interview process with Store in Charge and working closely with HRBPs.
? Facilitate reference check, package proposal, employment contract, confidential agreement and documents verifications.
? Research industry best practices and suggest changes as appropriate for China market
? Support new hire onboarding arrangement for Retail Team
? Maintain and monitor the Store Internal Referral Program (as a we-chat platform) to fill open positions.
We Chat Recruiting Site Maintenance (20%)
? Be the contact person for all we-chat recruiting content listing and ensure material are published on We Chat with the appropriate updates
? Working closely with vendor to ensure wechat recruiting platform is well maintained
? Proactively think about appropriate content to push on wechat with discussion with TA and HRBP team
The accomplished individual will possess...
? Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 3 years of HR / Recruitment experience, preferably in fashion, luxury or retail industry.
? Ability to interact with all levels of people
? Good verbal and written communication skills (English and Mandarin)
? Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to independently manage priorities and multi-task.
? Creative problem solver, flexible, positive and with great teamwork spirit.
? Demonstrate confidence and ability to network and develop relationships with different parties
? Good computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
