岗位概要: Key Performance Area
-Team player, hands-on and willing to deal with difficult tasks
-Comfortable with being creative, flexible, assertive and convincing
基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility
-Responsible for new product development, mainly to make prototype successfully commercialized in terms of formula/process
-Involved in new projects of product improvement, process optimization and HMM initiatives
-Cooperate with internal and external partners to bring innovative ideas/inputs to NPD projects to meet the target
-Maintenance of technical documents like formula, process, specification system
-Provide technical support to related departments like production trouble–shooting and quality/safety issues
-Good understanding of China Food Regulation to ensure the product is in accordance with the regulation
教育程度/工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request
-Education: Minimal requirement is BS at Food Science or Chemical Engineering, Master Degree is preferred
-Experience: Minimal 2years at international Foods Company’s R&D team, Bun ,Frozen dessert R&D experience is perfected
-Knowledge: Academic knowledge at food science application: seasoning application, dough application, meat application field, bakery application. Practical knowledge of food product trouble-shooting, design of experiment, statistical analysis and SAP BOM Setting, etc.
-Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication throughout all levels of involved; Fluent in English and Mandarin both written and verbal; Strong computer skills
