职位描述：
主要职责/MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Take charge of process-based sourcing (e.g., RFI/RFQ/RFP, reverse auctions, interests-based direct negotiations, multi-years contracts in accordance/agreement with the critical suppliers);
2.Work very closely with local Operations supporting the local business and delivering a variety of purchasing to ensure the adequate flow of materials to the operations timely and accurately;
3.Set up localization strategy to achieve year on year localization improvement; improve total cost of ownership of locally sourced materials, improve cash flow through actual cost savings, cost avoidances, inflation mitigation, or efficiency gains as validated by the Buyers, Finance person and business partner;
4.Influence and optimize the purchasing spend from the local suppliers of the commodity (RM/packaging) for respective manufacturing locations in China; deliver cost improvement targets of spend pool, mitigate the inflation;
5.Take charge of supplier performance evaluation(On time, on Quality, General Compliance) through frequent monitoring & periodic Quality audit, enhance the Zero Defect mindset at vendors in China and implement related project to improve the quality;
6.Identify and implement methods to reduce cycle times, improve supplier performance and optimize supply network through Lean initiatives;
Support the global commodity team to develop sourcing strategy and deploy the regional strategies for commodities and local suppliers;
7.Expand robust BCP for critical materials/suppliers and coordinate with global team;
8.Other tasks as defined in related company procedure, or assigned by the direct supervisor;

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
1.Bachelor degree or above; instrument and medical background preferred
2.5+ years’ experience in Purchasing; international purchasing experience in MNC preferred
3.Skill of selecting & qualifying suppliers, understanding products/services, preparing & leading negotiation, total cost management, target costing, planning & organizing, managing multicultural interface
4.Good command of Ms Office – Excel/Word/Powerpoint
5.Experience with SAP is a plus
6.Good command of English in both oral and written
7.Teamwork, detail and facts oriented
