职位描述：
Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
？ Responsible to track and trace the shipments to meet the service requirements.
？ Responsible to monitor the carrier performance.
？ Responsible for managing exception management and corrective action processes with carriers - improve or replace, in addition to internal process corrective actions. Publish corrective action to Control tower Manager.
？ When CLIENT will not meet on time delivery to promise, seek and implement recovery options with notification to Control tower manager, Operations and Plant key contacts.
？ Investigate all late deliveries (on time to promise and on time to request) to root cause a report individually, summarize and chart monthly, roll up YTD monthly and publish to Control tower Team.
？ Responsible for reporting delivery to request failures when reason is either business supply chain and order fulfillment.
？ Prepare and publish a monthly supply chain reports to the Supply Chain and Business Stakeholders focusing on cost, volume and on time delivery. Additional details to be provided by Client.
？ Responsible to handle abnormal case and maintain the abnormal report.
？ Responsible to do penalty and claim
？ Responsible to handle to complaints, enquiry from customer, plant.
？ Responsible for the monthly KPI report
Skills & Experience
？ Good English reading
？ Good knowledge of MS Office
？ More than 3 years logistics experience
？ Academic degree or above
