职位描述
1．学历要求：本科及以上，暖通/给排水专业
2．所需技能和能力：
1) 精通特灵、开利主机性能及技术管理；
2）有佳力图精密空调的运行管理工作经验。
3）对VAV/AHU系统有较深的认识，熟悉系统的风量测算及风量调整的能力。
4）有一定的治理室内噪音超标的能力。
5）有对暖通及给排水系统运行状态评估，发现系统问题或风险，能够提出高水准的专业分析报告和维修改造方案的能力。
6）具有优秀的人际沟通和协调能力、计划与执行能力以及团队合作精神；
7）能承受较大的工作压力；工作细致、严谨，具有高度的工作热情、敬业精神和责任感；
3．工作经验要求：5年以上本专业工作经验，有酒店、写字楼项目工程建造和运行管理经验者优先；
