职位描述：
Job Description:
Tool testing, molding process monitoring; and process improvement,
WI establishment and maintenance.
Solves daily molding process issue at workshop,
Studies tool , resin property, machine issue with relevant teams to make molding production smooth.
Assists supervisor to work out machine ,tool, maintenance plan.
Works out new employee training planning with molding supervisor;
Prepares necessary spare parts for molding machine and related equipment.
Implements new project schedule.
Other tasks assigned by required.

Requirements:
Rich experience molding machine mechanism, Well know plastic material property, Theory Knowledge molding manufacturing in process.
Have strong defective part identification ability. Solves daily molding process issue at workshop.
Be familiar with all types of molding machine operation like ARBURG. DEMAG. 2k machine etc. Can be able to set up tool independently.
Experience in tooling realm, tool structure of tooling manufacturing process and maintenance.
College degree or equivalent, in high polymer material, tooling, mechanical major.
At least 8 years molding Engineer experience.
Have basic English reading ability.
