Main duties:
1. Responsible for daily helpdesk support to users
2. IT equipment maintenance (Computer, Printer, Projector, Telephone etc.)
3. Trouble shooting for hardware/software issue
4. Finish tasks assigned by IT Manager
Candidate Characteristics/ Qualification
1. Major in computer science
2. Good organizational and problem-solving skills
3. Knowledge of computer network
4. Knowledge of common PC hardware/software
5. Good communication abilities in Chinese and English
6. Self-motivated working attitude, strong problem solve ability
7. 1-2 years IT working experience in foreign enterprise
