Job descriptions:
? Managing daily activities of a multifunctional team from initial blue sky design to a fully specified module with known risks, cost and schedule.
? Working closely with internal system and camera engineering teams to define the design and constraints of the camera modules and then with external partners to source and drive the iterative process to reach a mature design that can be executed within the size, cost and schedule constraints.
? Specific tasks include project cost/ budget management, problem solving, risk definition and risk management, schedule development, contract writing, negotiating contractual terms, facilitating program gate reviews, communicating to different level stakeholders.
? Deliverables: Capable of delivering product spec, dev schedule, BOM, champion team meetings and driving consensus, project weekly and monthly status reports, design review summaries.

Qualifications:
? A BA/BS in related engineering discipline. Master degree or MBA is a plus.
? PMI Certification required.
? 8+ years of demonstrated camera design innovations under study across the industry with and understanding of the feasibility and limitations of each design and/or program management experience with demonstrated team leadership success.
? At least two full camera development lifecycles owning and leading a team with experience defining, developing, verifying and launching co-current autofocus and fixed focus camera modules.
? Integrators - Working knowledge of top and middle tier camera module integrator capabilities and limitations with and understanding what limits the reduction of z-heights and of camera modules and how to mitigate.
? Lens - Experience working with roadmaps for and driving micro-optics and small lens design programs with top tier lens vendors and knowledge of risks and constraints of each supplier.
? Sensors - Knowledge of roadmaps for and deep understanding of technical constraints for CMOS sensors from top tier lens suppliers with a working knowledge of risks and constraints of each supplier.
? Knowledge/background in software industry products/services/applications, with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft's products/services/applications preferred.
? Must possess strong cross team/group/org collaboration skills.
? Must have excellent communication skills, experience working with external vendors, strong project management skills, and demonstrated success in adult learning and training principles/skills.
? Ability to foresee and analyze project risks, develop risk management plan and mitigate subsequent issues.
? Have high-powered analytical skills and the ability to understand concepts and situations that pass by many others.
? Strong problem solving and ability to deal with ambiguity. Good change management skills.
? Ability to resolve difficult negotiations and conflicts to achieve consensus.
? Proven experience in delivering project from product design to Mass Production
? Self driven, proactive and results oriented.
? Strong organization and planning skills; good tactical management.
? Strong customer focused and be able to achieve success without compromising customer values.
? A passion for technology and commitment to delivering world class products.
? Experience working with Microsoft HW development teams preferred.
