职位描述：
KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for the daily operation of the IT department. Including but not limit to:
a. IT spending ;
b. IT communication ( Prepare material / Template to improve IT communication);
c. Key internal and external business relationship ;
d. IT operational Policy and SOP execution ( Non-Technical ) ;
e. Facilitate IT operation meeting and follow up actions ;
f. Watch overall IT service dashboard and submit refine request as needed ;
2. Plan and organize department events. Participant enterprise event as IT single contact of point
3. Collect feedbacks from end users and provide inputs to IT CIP Office. Follow up on CIP result and get back to end users with regular updates
4. Manage IT external contracts with vendors and payment.
5. Manage IT external contracts with customer and service delivery / payment tracking
6. Act as project manager for IT operational activities.
7. Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. 2+ years Experiences in operation or relevant. Knowledge in IT area is preferred.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent writing skills in both Chinese and English.
4. Excellent skills to make business documentation, specially Microsoft Power Points
5. Attention to details and well organized.
6. Good knowledge about customer satisfaction.
7. Experience in planning and organizing events.
8. Continuous improvement mindset.
