职位描述：
Key Responsibilities：
- Build in market eCommerce and Omnichannel reporting systems and processes, including: dashboard development and implementation and dashboard delivery mechanisms
- Develop and communicate business driving insights on transaction, customer, marketing and web metrics
- Evaluate ROI on Ecommerce and Omnichannel driving deep analyses into various levels of profitability
- Lead key cross functional partners in implementation of data driven insights cross functionally. Lead on data reporting and analytics required for future customer acquisition, retention and purchase behavior – in both the online and offline channel.
- Partner with in market finance to clearly communicate how we are tracking to monthly and yearly target, FCST, merch plan & EBIT
- Work with International Team to build eCommerce Analytics strategy for the market
- Assist China eCommerce head in preparation for operating reviews
- Manage third party Analytics vendor relationships including budgeting and continuous improvement
- Work closely with IT, Finance and Planning partners to build consensus on any implementation data requirements
Job Requirements:
- A degree\post graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics or an MBA is preferred
- Minimum 7-8 years’ experience of which at least 4 years’ experience in e-commerce analytics roles
- Experience in setting up digital dashboards from large datasets would be key to this role.
- Having worked on previous projects as an individual contributor and having recommended actions based on insights.
- Current or prior experience working with an e-commerce retail (apparel preferred) or branded consumer products organization
- Experience with marketing attribution & media mix modelling
- Proven experience working in a matrix reporting model, a plus.
- Hands-on Experience with tools like Adobe Omniture, a plus. 举报 分享
