职位描述：
1.Responsible for the installation, commissioning, servicing and trouble shooting of
   all equipment listed in the equipment portfolio.
2. Ensure best in class application of our Cryovac materials on customer’s equipment
3.Support sales of equipment , spare parts and services ; equipment audits ; new application projects and competition monitoring.
Responsibilities
1.Installing / commissioning of packaging equipment at customer’s plant.
2.Fixing breakdowns and machine issues to customer’s complete satisfaction.
3.Servicing the equipment as per customer’s maintenance contract, reporting on the activity.
4.Actively “selling” service contracts and spare parts.
5.Conducting equipment audits with the application department or sales Department. Ensuring the machines settings are optimal.
6.Developing a strong customer relationship to expand our existing equipment and service business.
7.Recommending the required spare parts stock, following up and identifying any gap.
8.Strict compliance to SEE policy regarding safety.
9.Preparing and distributing service reports for all service work undertaken. Maintaining and updating all records relating to our customer’s equipment.
10.Suggesting equipment improvement to the Engineering Department, based on field experience.

任职要求：
1.Electromechanical bachelor with 3 or 4 year experience
2.Electrical /automation engineer with strong field experience on mechanical systems
3.Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or service based industry.
4.Demonstrated equipment installation experience preferably with packaging machinery.
5.Demonstrated experience in servicing and troubleshooting automated systems.
6.Proven communication skills
7.Able to communicate in English, both written and Verbal
8.Able to understand packaging material applications and equipment .
9.Able to work alone at customers.
10.Prepared to travel away from home on a regular basis.
11.Comfortable with MS Word , Excel, Power Point. 举报 分享
