Key Requirement:
· BS degree in EE, ME, Materials, Physics, Science
· 5+ years of working experience in medical device or related industry; Mfg engineering / equipment engineering experience is preferred
· Proven ability in managing and motivating employees; coaching skills required
· Strong leadership and team work capabilities. Track record in managing people to deliver result. Actively inspire and coach people for development;
· Ability to work effectively within complex decision making; Strong ability to operate independently; ability to work collaboratively and resolve conflict across different functional areas in organization.
· Quality-conscious, result-oriented, business-minded, and ready to take responsibility
· Lead or adopt to changes that are relevant to the organization.
· Strong presentation skills; effectively communication technique at multiple levels with strong language skills in both Chinese & English;

· New equipment evaluation, selection and installation
· Equipment maintenance and repair
· Supervising, developing, coaching and evaluating equipment and facility team
