职位描述：

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1) Act as Business Partner of each BU in terms of Sales and Operation management with initiative and self management.

a) Closely communicate with Bus sales, marketing and finance team to review and update 18-24 months sale out rolling forecast and achieve FD/FA KPI target via monthly S&OP meetings with potential impact if any.

b) Detailed analysis of stock in trade and stock in transition to have clear understand the situation in distribution channel.

c) Provide updated 18-24 months sales-in forecasting to local or oversea plant and review demand supply planning with plant logistics to meet ITO target.

d) Provide an active analysis and actions in terms of supply risk management and avoid Rupture.

2) Manage the demand planning and inventories with plants for Sanofi products:

a) Ensure good supplying from both local plant and mother plant

b) Managing allocations deployment process and support recall procedures & logistics operations

c) Closely monitor plant inventory to avoid OOS and take action plan for stocks at risks at plant or market level.

d) Closely collaborating with regulatory team to have a clear understanding of registration & packaging change schedule and impact. Provide proper actions to avoid any supply risk.

e) Closely monitoring short shelf life and slow moving products, work with cross-functional department for some initiatives to reduce the write-off.

f) Provide timely reporting related to ITO, Stock at risk, write-off provision, obsolescence and destruction etc.

3) Supply Chain tool usage:

a) Properly handle forecasting (including sales-in and sales-out) tool or system for local plants.

b) Monthly review sales & inventory data consistency and accuracy in SAP and M2 for right planning.

4) Product Life Management for all Pharma and Vaccine products

a) Initiate meeting with Regulatory, Marketing and Plant for packaging change plan to ensure best supply timeline for new packaging in the market.

b) Ensure good alignment and adequate anticipation on product changes between RA (variation approval) and demand/supply timelines; control right execution monitoring

c) Ensure a seamless switch in the market with less write-off risks as well as ruptures.

5) Manage the launch plan of new products under different business model and scenarios. Identify the risk of launch timeline and supply with proper actions.

6) Support commercial bidding and business tenders if any

7) Monitoring monthly sell-in orders and perform monthly analysis of sell-in backorders.

8) Maintain a reasonable inventories at each DC for own managed products (monthly STO from Plants to DCs through SAP).

9) Bring new supply chain knowledge and suggestion to the team in routine operation and supply chain projects, to facilitate the new planning model also.





JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

Minimum bachelor degree, preferably with professional training in trading.

Experience & knowledge required:

Experience in demand planning, with multinational Pharma Company experience

At least 3 to 5 years in planning or related position.

Good written and spoken in English.

Excellent skill in Excel and PPT.

BSCM certificate is required

Experience & knowledge as a plus:

Statistic forecast model and tool

CPIM certificate

French and other European language

Project management, Lean, VSM, 6 sigma, SCOR design related experience
