职位描述：
Specific Responsibility:

1, Establish/maintenance test procedures/standards based on specific products

2, Develop the existing test method according to related standards and regulation.

3, Trouble shooting for abnormal testing results, support product development process in lab.

4, Perform validation and verification testing on new product features as well as regression tests for existing product capability

5, Perform tests of sanitary products according to internal code procedure or regional codes like ANSI/ASME/GB and protocols

6, Analyze test data with statistical methods and generate detailed, formal test reports based on analysis.

7, Work with R&D engineer, develop new testing fixture

8, Responsible for testing equipment’s maintenance
Major Requirement:

1, Bachelor degree or above with mechanical background is preferred

2, At least working experience for 5 years in testing filed about mechanical/electronic product, sanitary products experience is preferred

3, Working knowledge in Failure Reporting Analysis and Corrective Action Process (FRACAS), Root Cause Analysis Process, and other Reliability Demonstration Tests

4, Target oriented, independent, good communication skill and willing to work under pressure
