职位描述：

岗位职责：

1.依照销售部门提出的服务要求，按时、准确地完成，达成门店客户满意。
2.运用CHEMASE 服务系统 ，在每次服务中完成食品安全审核，各种清洁剂分配器和洗碗机的维修保养，清洁剂的使用培训和现场产品演示，以及库存管理和合理订单推荐。确保客户员工掌握正确使用方法，达到清洁消毒效果和符合食品安全规范。
3.与门店客户、KA销售团队建立并维护良好关系，及时沟通门店服务中发现的问题，并对其提出的要求予以积极迅速的反馈，落实区域内的服务拜访和审核，达到客户满意。
4.不断了解客户需求，积极主动发现新问题，通过团队内部协作提供解决方案，提升客户满意度。
5.即时迅速的完成紧急维修需求的任务。
6.在直属上级的指导下指定个人发展计划，定期回顾自身绩效表现以确保良好的个人发展。

7.完成其他工作事宜。

岗位要求：

1.大专或以上学历，食品科学、微生物学专业优先。

2.2年以上从事食品、餐饮等相关行业的生产技术工作经验。

3.愿意从事销售服务工作，能适应经常性出差。

4.动手能力强，具备一定机电维修能力。

5.具有一定的英语书写和口头表达能力优先。

6.具备基本的计算机应用技能。

7.具有良好的沟通技巧，高度的责任心和敬业精神及独立解决问题的能力。
