职位描述：
要求：3-5年工厂/制造业行业的工作经验，做过出口退税

Job Description：

- Ensure invoices for both domestic and overseas market;
- Print out delivery notes;
- AR/sales booking (both domestic and overseas) in the system including bad debit provision;
- Coordinates BA & contact customer to collect money on time;
- Export tax return;
- Accounts reconciliation and follow up to resolve variance and abnormal items;
- AR and notes receivable;
- Assist Manager to identify potential areas for improvement, support the implementation of the initiatives in order to drive continuous optimization;
- Provide support in external and internal audits;
- Other task assigned by manager;
- EHS requirement:
Comply with any rules specific to a particular site and any Company wide health, safety or environmental requirements;
Be aware of EHS hazards and use personal protective equipment supplied in accordance with site risk assessments and site rules.
Report any injuries, unsafe acts or conditions to line managers;
- As AP Accountant back up.
- Follow up position safety requirement. Attend EHS training timely. Attend accident investigation if required. Support shop CI project if needed
- Other tasks assigned by line manager

Job Requirements：

- Hands on related experience for accounting, and strong background for compliance is preferred;
- Bachelor Degree or above, major in Accounting or finance related, certificated accountant is a must, mid class certificated accountant or CPA is an advantage;
- At least 4 years working experience in accounting or finance, and at least 2 years as general ledger accountant, experience in multinational manufacturing company is desirable;
- High responsibility, good initiative
- Language Skills:
Good communication skill; Good English in written and oral, can make presentation on acceptable level;
- Computer Skills:
Proficient in MS Excel; Familiar with ERP or SAP System 举报 分享
