PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS/个人能力描述
？ 2+ years of technical experience in fastener product design, applications engineering and/or R&D for a manufacturing business.
？ Bachelor of Science in appropriate engineering discipline (BSME preferred).
？ Collaborate with sales team to support business development.
？ Ability to drive change in products library, technical orientation.
？ Successful experience performing within NPD project is strong preference.
？ Familiar with computer programs such as AutoCAD, Pro-Engineer, etc.
？ Good at English; good at communication

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责
？ Manages administrative engineering project team staff, scheduling, coordinating, budgeting, and planning.
？ Directs relative products activities, through subordinates (if has), to design new products, modify existing designs, improve production techniques, and develop test procedures.
？ Design and Preparation of technical drawings for products and tooling to meet customer requirements
？ Managing and handle technical drawings from overseas and customers to meet production requirements
？ Managing first article drawings and sample production for customers
？ Working with production, quality and sales on technical issues relating to products manufactured.
？ Understand the various technical standards relating to fastening systems
？ Managing, calculating and information to facilitate product costing
？ Managing the bill of material in the ERP system for new products produced
？ Updating engineering changes received from customers
？ Coaching asst. design engineers
？ Analyzes technology trends, human resource needs, and market demand to support projects. Perform the plans and engineering schedules and follows up performance against estimates.
？ Responsible for the new product engineering and product improvement engineering, ensuring continuing design and development of quality products, cost-effective new technologies and strategic planning to meet product group goals and objectives.
？ Implement World-Class Product Development practices to increase customer satisfaction
？ Work closely with Product Managers, Application Engineers, and Sales member to formulate, implement and execute world-class product development strategies.
？ Ensure products conform to cost and performance specifications, and that all products conform to many different National safety standards and regulatory requirements.
？ Understand requirement of HSF
