目前有一家全球最大的工程机械紧固件生产商之一，现在无锡工厂扩大投资，为包括全球电子、建筑、汽车、工业及商业在内的众多行业提供创新的紧固件技术和解决方案

PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS/个人能力描述
？ Degree in an Engineering discipline (Preferably Industrial, Manufacturing or Mechanical)
？ Good knowledge and experience implementing plant wide productivity and process improvement programs such as 5S, TPM, SMD, Lean Manufacturing, SPC, Poka Yoke, etc.
？ Minimum of 7 years experience in manufacturing with at least 2 years in a managerial position
？ Good communication and team building skills to focus team efforts on meeting productivity and quality targets.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责
？ Manage the entire manufacturing and maintenance function to achieve established targets such as OEE, Production Volume, Waste, etc.
？ Implement a structured and effective 5S program and other productivity improvement programs such as LEAN manufacturing, TPM, etc.
？ Ensure the an effective breakdown, preventive and predictive maintenance program is in place minimizing machine down time
？ Implementing a structured On-the-Job training program to ensure that all staff are trained and competent in the performance of their task
？ Working with Quality Assurance to ensure that good quality products are produced through stable processes.
？ Manage the work of sub-contractors for services rendered
？ Develop operating procedures and work instructions that meet quality management system and customer satisfaction requirements
？ Benchmark processes based on best practices and champion continuous improvement efforts.
？ Preparation of various management reports relating to the function
Preparation of budgets and management of cost
