职位描述：
主要职责 / MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Identify ways to improve operations, routes, capacities, costs (include transportation cost & cool chain package).
2.Develop operation plans for new routes with due regard for all regulatory requirements (especially CFDA), and any safety concerns.
3.Plan for optimized daily routes, activities and operation process of warehouse & transportation based on the analysis of the workload of warehouse and transportation vendor.
4.Update available customer order information.
5.Integrate new and any existing routes to optimize utilization of ALL assets..
6.Work with internal team member to ensure all assets, are in place.
7.Ensure proper reporting of all activities in time.
8.Clear analysis of cost control and route cause.


知识、语言和经验要求 / KNOWLEDGE, LANGUAGE AND EXPERIENCE
1.Bachelor degree is required.
2. Minimum 3-4 years warehouse or transportation working experience with a major corporation.
3. Candidate must have a high sense of urgency and customer service.
4. Ability to effectively speak before groups of team members.
5. Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
6. Team player with ability to reach cross functionally and across the organization(s) in delivering value. Can identify, assess and mitigate risk
7. Understanding of transportation costing and motor carrier operations
