职位描述：
- This role will be responsible for plan and organize effective means to carry out recruitment geared towards process improvement, cost control, and adherence to local regulations
- Implement and develop the hiring strategy to support business recruitment needs
- Co-work with hiring managers to define specific hiring needs
- Process candidates searching, screening and pre-selections and background checking
- Be responsible for Headcount regular reports and analyze recruiting activities in order to improve recruiting effectiveness and achieve recruiting target
- Provide talent market status and salary survey to center management team
- Executing on key talent attraction strategies and initiatives across target schools. Additionally, key responsibility of this role will be to partner with one or more divisions and providing enterprise brand promotion and end to end campus recruiting solutions.
- Partner with the GHR/Business to forecast the campus hiring needs for the year - Full Time, Summer Interns and Seasonal Hires
- Leverage functional expertise, industry knowledge and trends to identify optimum sourcing options to attract appropriate talent across campuses and Markets
- Collaborate with divisional business managers, leadership, school team captains and other recruiters to develop engaging plans
- Help formulate and conceptualize a more structured internship program 举报 分享
