Job Description and Responsibility：
工作地点：广州
1) 服务于公司税服务组，涉及的税务领域包括中国企业所得税、增值税及附加、房产税及土地增值税、土地使用税、印花税等，并涉及各项与税务、财政有关的财政返还政策。
2) 岗位涉及的服务项目包括：a）税务合规性工作：中国企业的全税种的税务合规性检查及建议，各项税务师税务代理、税务申报复核咨询服务；b）税务筹划咨询工作包括：上市项目的税务服务包括上市前合规指导、上市前架构搭建及重组、商业模式优化咨询；
3) 掌握和运用所需核心税务领域的专业法规及实践应用，能根据项目客户的实际情况进行税务法规及时间规定的风险发现，并向项目经理提出建议或解决方案。在项目经理的指导下能够为项目撰写税务分析报告、税务代理及申报复核报告等服务提交物。
4) 协助项目经理组织项目各项具体工作的开展和实施，包括现场工作安排组织、有效地与客户及项目团队进行沟通协调，保证项目交付质量。
5) 参与公司的市场推广工作，协助向销售团队提供研究支持，就销售增值服务向客户作出有见地和有价值的建议。


Qualification:
职位要求：
1) 本科及以上学历，财经、会计、税务相关专业。拥有注册会计师全科合格证或者注册税务师全科及格证优先。
2) 熟悉中国税务政策及实践，2年以上中国税务合规性服务及咨询筹划服务工作经验。国际四大会计师事务所税务部、大型会计师事务所从事税务服务、5A级税务师事务所、世界500强跨国集团税务工作经验优先；
3) 爱好税务筹划及税务鉴证实践工作，有严谨的逻辑分析能力及探索精神。
4) 良好的沟通和团队合作精神，良好的中英文语言表达能力和文字功底。
5) 积极的工作态度及奉献精神，愿意接受忙季工作量，愿意接受出差外勤。
6) 熟练使用PPT、EXCEL、Word等表达工具。
