职位描述：
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Monitors and analyzes company cash positions to cover cash commitments.
- Compiles short-term and long-term cash forecasts
- Coordinates the movement of any excess cash to and from investment accounts.
- Monitors portfolio investments and produces management reports detailing performance.
- Monitors and analyzes hedge proposals
- Facilitate capital injection /loan to subsidiary.
- Facilitate LC, Bank guarantee, non-standard bond template negotiation and issuing
- Maintain and develop bank relationship. Coordinates company activities relating to banking.
- Evaluates bank services and fees, monitors bank performance and recommends appropriate action.
- Perform treasury reports. Analyze significant and long aged outstanding items, drive for solutions
- Reconcile customs data with bank data to make sure business is in compliance with SEFE regulation in China. Collaborate across the finance teams to drive solutions to close the discrepancy.
- Assists in other treasury projects as directed.
- Participate seminars hold by bank to keep updated with the market.

KEY COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy / Finance / Commerce.
- Five years of experience in treasury.
- Excellent communication skill, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to interface effectively with all levels of company personnel and with banks.
