职位描述:
1. 参与公司招聘活动,确保选择***候选人,有效、低成本地开展招聘,确保所有招聘流程符合公司政策和标准;
Participate in recruitment activities to ensure the job vacancies are quickly filled, the candidate selected best match the needs of the position and business, all the recruitment processes are in accordance with company’s policies and standards.
2. 根据公司招聘标准和业务需要,准备并发布内部和外部招聘广告,岗位描述和其他资料,确保潜在候选人获得选择和申请空缺职位所需的信息;
Prepare internal and external advertisements, job descriptions and other materials in accordance with the recruitment standards and business needs, to ensure the potential job applicants to have the necessary information to apply for a vacant position.
3. 根据招聘标准和业务要求,收集并筛选合适的候选人简历,联络候选人,并协调用人部门安排面试;
According to the recruitment standards and business needs to collect and select the appropriate CVs of candidates, contact the candidates and coordinate with the hiring department to arrange the interview.
4. 与用人部门合作设计合适的面试问题,有效公平地开展面试。根据预定职位的选择标准和公司招聘政策,面试、测试、评级、调查背景和选择候选人;
Develop appropriate interview questions in collaboration with the hiring manager to ensure the interviews are conducted efficiently and equitably. Interview, test, rank, check references, select candidates based on the job’s pre-established selection criteria and recruitment policies.
5. 协同薪资福利团队在公司认可的薪资范围内同候选人谈判录取意向及薪资待遇,确保成功的候选人获得决定接受职位的所需信息,准备录用意向书;
Coordinate with C&B team to discuss the offer and compensation within the salary range of the company, to ensure the successful candidates have all the information they need to decide acceptance of the position and prepare the job offer materials.
6. 向接受职位的候选人发放经公司管理层批准的录用意向书,并协调用人部门与候选人确认入职相关事宜;
Release the approved offer to the candidate who has accepted the position, coordinate the hiring department and candidate for the issues of on-board.
7. 及时更新并汇报招聘进度,完成招聘分析,确保招聘信息、数据的完整性和准确性;
Update and report the hiring status timely and complete the hiring analysis to ensure all the recruitment information, data are completed and accuracy.
8. 整理和维护招聘相关文件与表单,确保招聘文件的完整并符合公司相关流程和政策;
Process and maintain recruitment related documents and forms, ensure all the recruitment files are completed and in accordance with the company relevant processes and policies.
9. 维护和管理外部招聘机构,确保公司获得满意的招聘服务,积极开拓有效的招聘渠道,提高招聘效率和质量;
Manage and maintain the external recruitment agencies to ensure the company receives satisfactory standards of service. Actively develop effective channels of recruitment to improve the hiring efficiency and quality.
10. 完成其他交办的工作。

任职资格:
1.本科及以上学历;
Bachelor degree or above
2.英语良好;
Good command in English
3.3年以上招聘相关工作经验;
Over 3 years relevant working experience in recruitment function
4.工作积极主动,灵活变通,注重结果与质量,具有良好的团队合作精神;
Highly initiative, hardworking, self-motivated, result orientated and team player
5.具有良好的人际交往、沟通及合作能力,善于理解业务需求与优先性;
Good interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills, understanding business requirements and priorities

任职资格:
