Our Internal Firm Services (IFS) is a network of specialist support professionals who play a vital role in ensuring we have all the right resources, services and technology. Not all of us work directly with external clients. Some of our best people choose to apply their talents as part of IFS and as such are a part of an organisation on a par with many of our external clients.

Our teams in IFS include: Administration, Branded Merchandise, Business Development, Finance, Global PwC Experience, Global Technology Solutions, Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, Office of General Counsel, Research, and Senior Partner Office.


Job description and responsibilities


The frontend web developer will be responsible for the frontend development of mobile web application. He/She should have the advanced-level of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript to develop
highly dynamic web interface.
· Builds software applications by following coding standards, builds appropriate unit tests, integration tests and deployment scripts
· Assists in defining software architectures – Collaborates with leads to explore existing systems, determines areas of complexity, potential risks to successful implementation, learns the applications capabilities
· Translates designs and style guides provided by the UI/UX team into functional user interfaces, ensuring cross browser compatibility and performance
· Communicates continually with the client and project teams – Explains progress on the development effort
· Owns success – Takes responsibility for successful delivery of the solutions
· Contributes to continual improvement by suggesting improvements to user interface, software architecture or new technologies

Requirements


· Highly skilled at front-end engineering using JavaScript, various JavaScript libraries and micro frameworks (jQuery, Angular, Ext.JS, etc.), HTML5 and CSS3
· Well-versed in software engineering principles, frameworks and technologies
· Self-directed team player who thrives in a continually changing environment
