职位描述

Major responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Work independently for daily service work, such as project startup, installation, regular maintenance and customer's training etc;

· Be responsible for customer's call back, technical support and problem solving.

· Regular customer visiting to find out their demands and service business opportunity during service trip;

· Responsible for the management of local service workshops and on site workshops in responsible territory, including general management, assets management, work safety, fire protection and etc.

· Manage service quotation / service contract and achieve service revenue target in responsible territory;(If Applicable)

· Working closely with sales team & project team to satisfy customer;

· In cooperation with credit controller / finance department to ensure that AR is collected on time against payments term;

· Assist Area Service Manager or Service Team Leader to train Technician in technical skills, product knowledge in accordance with Atlas Copco's standard; Assist workshop Technician to do the normal repairing when required;

· Provide technical and quality feedback to the technical specialist according to customer's feedback;

· Timely and correctly feedbacks work order, weekly report and monthly report;

Education

· Above college degree in mechanical or electrical engineering;

Experience

· At least 2 years experiences in aftermarket service of industry product;

· Service product sales experience are considered as the advantage

Knowledge

· Mechanical, electronic and electrical knowledge.

Skill

· Strong skill of diagnosing, repairing and trouble shooting.

· MS office and PC skill is a must;

· Good communication skill
