工作内容：
- 准确掌握客户用人需求，寻合适候选人，并进行甄选、面试，给出面试评估报告；
- 推荐合适候选人至客户方复试，为客户和候选人提供跟踪服务 ；
- 主管交办的其他工作；

任职要求：
- 2017届统招毕业生；
-有招聘、人力外包服务、猎头顾问相关经验者优先 ；
- 良好的沟通能力、抗压能力、客户服务技巧和逻辑思维能力；
- 有良好的职业操守，优秀的团队管理与合作精神；

薪酬福利：
1、薪资构成：基本工资+绩效奖金；
