Talent Acquisition Manager
美国独资行业巨头,负责亚太区域,需英文流利,薪资丰厚
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
(1) Vacancy Fulfillment
? Take full responsibility for the recruitment of assigned vacancies, strive for shortened lead time, improved job-person match and reduced recruitment cost per hire
? Bulid effective relationship with line managers and BHR/RHR by proactive communication and strong customer service
? Understand the impact of business strategy on recruitment plan, and get involved in BU/Function’s headcount planning as early as possible
? Record recruitment data, conduct data analysis and provide reports to stakeholders as required
(2) Project Management & Execution
This person will be assigned to some of the below recruitment related projects:
? Ensure the RPO project meet its KPIs by monitoring the vendors’s performance on a regular basis and solving problems as they arise
? Play a key role in the EVP (Employer Value Proposition) project by working closely with global EVP and China Communications colleagues
? Enhance the internal referral program in order to promote EVP and reduce the use of search firms
? Organize the yearly campus recruitment campaign
? Organize the internship program to build pipeline for entry-level sales force
? Explore effective social media recruitment channels
? Maintain and improve the effectiveness of the recruitment ATS (Application Tracking System)
? Conduct annual search firm review and select master vendors for the next year
? Job portal management, such as 51job, LinkedIn and some professional recruitment websites
? Other projects in response to business needs
(3) Budget and Recruitment Data Management
? Provide strong support in budgeting and forecasting cycle
? Monitor monthly usage of recruitment budget, ensure in-time payment and monthly accrual quality
? Design nation-wide recruitment data collection template, ensure data input accuracy, conduct data analysis, work out solutions with BHR/RHR, and prepare reports for management team
(4) Continuous Improvement
? Optimize recruitment process and standardize recruitment tools, align with BHR/RHR and drive for changes across business activities
? Add psychometric test(s) as part of the recruitment process for certain job categories/position levels by need analysis, vendor selection, tool development, pilot, roll-out and effect measurement
? Proactively communicate with line managers and BHR/RHR to understand business’ ever-changing needs, benchmark industry’s best practices, identify areas for improvement, propose solutions and align within HR
? Always discuss the job responsibilities and candidate requirements with the Line manager for each vacancy, and deliver the key messages to search firms (if applicable) effectively
(5) Other tasks as assigned
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
(1) Education
? Bachelor’s degree or above from a well recognized university
? Major in HR, Psychology, Business Administration is preferred, but not a must
(2) Experience and KSA (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
? Desired experience:
o Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources and with concentration in recruitment for at least 5 years
o Both in-house HR (with a focus on recruitment) experience and search firm/RPO on-site experience
o Solid project management experience, not as a member, but as the project owner/manager
? Must-have skills:
o Proven ability to take job brief, screen resumes, conduct competency-based interview, provide value-added advice about candidate selection and future management/development to line managers
o Project design, management and implementation skills
o Language skill: fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, both spoken and in writing
o Computer skill: a good user of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
? Nice-to-have skills:
o Working knowledge of assessment tools and psychometric tests
o HR consulting and career counseling
(3) Core competencies
? Sensitive with numbers, able to find out reasons and propose solutions based on data analysis
? Strategic enough to see the big picture, yet operational enough to tolerate hands-on and repetitive work
? Customer service mindset. Always ask “what is best for the business?”
? Multi-tasking skill, can define and balance strategic priorities against immediate operational challenges
? Able to think out of box; challenge the status quo and act for change
? Transversal coordination; able to influence business, BHR/RHR and other functions’ colleagues, driving but not pushing
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken
? Proactive, self motivated, autonomous attitude
