Job description:
? Educating key influencers on construction projects about the proper use, advantages and value of 3M products, with a view to securing their specification in the designs.
? Focus on maximizing sales potential, identify new potential market by your using engineering knowledge and build up a strong relationship with internal parties.
? Training technology and solutions to sales teams, assigning sales leader with their conversion into sales.
? Visit job sites to assess design problems - as well as opportunities - giving technical advice, solutions and support, and adding value through the use of 3M firestopping products.
? Follow up the local regulation committee to spec 3M technology in national and industry standard.
? VOC gathering, translation, new product idea and customer pain, communication with internal design team to develop new product or improve existing product.
? Provide exceptional customer service; ensure customer satisfaction is achieved when resolving customer/product issues and complaints; provide input on initiatives to improve customer satisfaction levels.
? Lead field projects, coordinating with other functions as appropriate.

Requirement:
? University graduate (min. bachelor degree in Architecture/electronic / mechanic engineering) with 3+ years working experience in technical support environment
? Excellent technical understanding of architecture/electronic/mechanical systems
? Proficiency in English is a must
? Analytical and organizational skills
? Superior PC knowledge in all Microsoft Windows applications and AutoCAD software 举报 分享
