Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Animation Support
- Consolidation and regulation of animation materials and orders, and follow up products arrival status with related department.
- Tracking animation rental fee, summarizing on a monthly basis and pushing the process going forward.
- Coordination between Category and Supply Chain teams to ensure efficient communication and on-time delivery.
- Smooth communication with Marketing / CRM / E-commerce / Training / Retail departments for animation related issues
2. Animation Analysis
- Deliver multiple reports on time and accurately: animation analysis, sales reports, etc.
3. Team Support
- Assist Trade Marketing Supervisor in animation event, promotion and beauty-on-the-fly projects.
- Other assigned and relevant work by Trade Marketing Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree, minimum 2 years working experience and it would be a plus if has working experience in cosmetics;
- Proficient in using MS office software, Excel expert is preferred;
- Logical thinking and good communication skills;
- Self-motivated and attentive to details;
- Able to work under pressure;
