职位描述：
1. DatacenterServer and Storage management
？ Implement and manage the Windows system (Hyper-Vcluster, AD, SharePoint, SCCM, File,Printing, Antivirus…) and other X86 based applications.Closely monitor and tune the system performance
？ Provide architectural expertise, direction, and assistance to application Systems Analysts, Systems Engineers, and software development teams.
？ Act as key player for server related project across China
？ Actively communicate with HQ to apply best practice

2. Database management
？ Provide daily administration work to databases, carry out backup, disaster recovery, performance analysis, tuning, and security management.
？ Be responsible for the installation, design, configuration and management of DBMS
？ Assist with analysing the data stored in databases and make recommendations relating to performance and efficiency of the data storage.

3. IT Helpdesk Team supportin
？ Provide second line support to helpdesk
？ Support IT helpdesk to improve the service quality from IT standard and SOP.

4. Security Management
？ Manage the information security for server and systems by applying patches.
？ Back up the datum according to the backup strategy to ensure the business continuity.
？ Manage the backup media creating daily backup log correctly.
？ Keep and provide all necessary proofs for ICS security project
？ Prepare and organize the business disaster recovery drill

5. IT Document Management
？ Update server technology manual to make sure the knowledge transferring among team members.
？ Compile and update local IT technology standard according to current situation and Global Standard.
？ Maintainproper change management log.


Necessary Knowledge and Experience to be able to do the job
？ Requires 8 yearsworking experience in MNC environment, focus on windows server, storage, database and data centre administration
？ Solid experience on Microsoft windows server and Clustered Hypervisor management running on central storage
？ Solid experience on SQLServer management.
？ Solid experience on SharePointmanagement
？ Experience on Unix/Linux is a plus
？ Good English and Mandarin (written and Oral) communication skills
？ Fast learner and good team player
？ Good architecture and technical support documentation skills.
