JOB DETAILS
Job Purpose
Act as leading role for technical implementation; ensure technical deliverables matches project requirements. Save engineering cost for SSB team through application & technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
DO
? Deliver & execute the assigned projects on time with good quality/ cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction
? Keep improving self engineering capabilities and exchange best practice with other team members to improve team’s capabilities
? Lead and supervise technical implementation in whole life-cycle of project delivery
? Work with project manager to manage technical risk in project execution
? Work with project Manager to clarify technical issues
? Work with PM for scope management, including WBS development
? Coach and develop other project engineers
? Cost reduction through process & manufacturing improvement, and through development of reusable engineering or engineering standard
? Work closely with PM to achieve customer acceptance. Demonstrate application & technical expertise to achieve repeat order in account and retain customer satisfaction.
OVERSEE
? Ensure 100% meet technical items defined in sales proposal in project delivery
? Ensure project implementation follows the procedure of SSB standard
? Maximize reusable standard product and engineering in project delivery

? High level of expertise and knowledge in Integrated Architecture, Standard Drive, Networks, Industry Knowledge of Life Science Industry, Application Knowledge of Building automation, Process Control, batch control and other information level solutions.
? Intermediate level of expertise in Motion Control, Intelligent Motor Control, Safety Product, MES / Information Systems, Component Industry Control, and a basic understanding of Medium Voltage Product and Drive System.
? Intermediate level of expertise in Project Management, Lean Six Sigma Skill, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), Training Skills, and basic understanding of Customer Solution Centric Selling Skills and Customer Relationship Management.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE
(Education, qualifications and experience requirements an employee must have)
? Bachelors in Automation or similar.
? Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in Building Automation system, Process Control system, Batch Control System and Information system.
? Minimum 2 years of engineering experience in life science industry and understand the requirements of delivery under GMP regulation.
? PMP Certification (optional)
